1. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.

Please be assured that all items are subjected to a thorough check prior to mailing, however in the unlikely event that a defective item is receive, exception will be made for a 1 to 1 exchange[2] or full refund[3] at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us within 3 working days of receipt of defective item(s) from NooNooBabies. Failure to notify within such time shall be deemed as an acceptance of the item(s).
5. The prices of items is correct up to the date when the purchaser receives advise on the total payment to be made. NooNooBabies reserves the rights to change the price without notice.
6. All images in this site are for guidance only. Please note that the colors of the items may be different due to lighting or computer resolutions.
7. NooNooBabies may at any time refuse any order placed by any purchaser at our sole discretion.
8. All the items are new.
9. These general terms and conditions are the official terms and conditions between NooNooBabies and the purchaser and may be amended from time to time without notice at NooNooBabies discretion.
[1] External factors refers to events that are beyond the control of NooNooBabies, eg. lost mails, wrong address given, etc..Registered mail (+$2.50) will be recommended.
[2] Exchanges are accepted only when the item is in stock. We will bear the return shipping cost only when the return is made at our fault.（However, we ask customers to advance the returning cost. We will reimburse the fee at a later date.)
[3] If the item(s) is out-of-stock, we will refund the paid money.
